Race Rules - Update

We have been aware for a while that our rules section was in a bit of a mess, and didn't fully cover the ethos of XPLR.

I have therefore updated and cleaned up the race rules section to help clarify things for everyone:

I have posted the new rules under the old ones for the time being so people can still refer to the old ones if they have any queries

In summary we have clarified our stance on track limits, pit procedure and reduced the penalty on pit infringements.

These rules are planned to come into force on Saturday and be applied to all NEW competitions.
