Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge Hosted by XPR Moontower
Hey fellas, just wanted to put some feelers out for a pretty casual series I wanna bring over here that we've been testing out, that we can run to get us all together in between TORA, FF, and TCC rounds, to be raced once a week at a day and time to be decided to met with as many peoples schedule as possible provided there is sufficient interest.
The series with be based on the Grand-Am Continental Sports Car Challenge, multi class, featuring spec built, GS or Gran Sport cars, which are low S-class mustangs, camaros, astons etc, with spec built ST or Street Tuner cars that are around B class Honda civics, vw golfs, Scion Frs, beem 135's, etc, running together in a semi-endurance format with races in the 45-55 minute range.
I've done this with some people with pretty good success outside lack of commitment of the people running it, due to there lack if resources when it comes to running, promoting, having the talent and numbers to make it worthwhile, but I'm Moontower, and I've got XPLR and some of the best clubs available to me now.
Let me know if you have interest, and if there is enough I'll post rules, format, builds and we'll poll for the best days and times. Mondays around 7 EST US/12 am GMT EUR are my vote or Sunday sometime.
Colgate out.

45mins is about as long as my hands will let me race before they hurt ( years of overdoing it gaming ) but if the times right it sounds good to me.

That's the great thing, its not set yet, and like I said, SEMI-casual series, so we can change any detail before hand, shorten the races, change the cars, whatever, this is a democracy, like the US used to be. By Thanks!

Well we had us some fun rubbing some continental cars together last night, they'll need just a bit more balancing between the models for equality and some final drive changes but other than that should be pretty good to roll!

Re: Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge Hosted by XPR Moontower
Thank you for the offers of testing help. We will defo take you up on that as we have three series in total that need some test time put into em,,,plus we always need folk who are up for helping the community cause, not just with builds but with helping create their own series,,with hosting,,,infact,,just help in all areas...lol
The more of us helping and working together,,,the stronger the series will be for us all.The vision for this site was to always be as open and inclusive as possible for all, and the more folk we have onboard the better
Cheers guys. The offers mean a lot to the site and what we are trying to do.
