XPLR TORA TCC - Going Mob Handed :)

Hi all.

As some of you know, we here at XPLR are fielding 4 teams in this years TCC, over in TORA.

We will keep this thread open to keep you all up to speed with our group efforts, and from the laptimes posted so far a few of us are in defo A-lobby territory,,so fingers crossed we get a good result.

So far the teams are

Another few of our team will be taking part in this event, and shou dbe included.

xNightmare84 is running in the DS4 as a privateer and is setting some blinding times.

S2M Ranger is making up the numbers to help out CQR.

Im not 100 per cent back to normal(whatever that is),still getting the odd niggles and Ive also got family coming round to see me. and sorry to say but, I totally forgot it was tonight and thought it started after 12hrs of sebring.

If I get home from college early, (Got a feeling I am), expect a quick little promo video but if someone could name the song to go over it before I start would make my life a hell of alot easier!

Got down to running easy 34.0s with the occasional 33.8.

Reckon youll need at leasts a 34.3 to get into A lobby.

managed to get the cobalt to do 35 flat clean cant get much faster maybe a tenth in it

i've qualified 2ths slower than my quickest hotlap, happy with that and with the people i've beat

Anyone missed the tcc this week? I congratualte you, it was an awful race much worse then i thought Tora would be like. considering its popularity. Every race me and gregbie were hit, in race 2 a 4 car pile up, race 3 a six car ping pong session. I've never had anything like this on XPLR makes me glad to be back here. TORA Reminds me of online racing

Managed a 7th,6th and 9th in A lobby would have been better in the last race if a little bit of contact didn't allow 5 people through! D=

I look forward to seeing ur footage. B lobby was "interesting". A lot more contact that i was expecting, and track limits were being used mainly as a suggestion as far as i can see,,lol.

Also, was sure that folk were not allowed to handbrake and arse about on the warm up lap,,,we had to restart due to someone running up the ass of someone a couple of times i think.

But when all was going smoothly I enjoyed it. Next 3 rounds should be fun

Race 1 is nearly done and then I'm going to do race 2 (The best one) & race 3 tomorrow!

And I give you, Race 1 with 2 & 3 to follow!

How come you got 1/10 laps at the start mate? How'd you do the warm up?
