Could you elaborate on where or under what conditions you are getting oversteer,There are many different types of over/understeer each one needing slightly different tuning to overcome.
Also depending on the severity of the problem a slight alteration in driving style is all that is needed.
As for suspension settings,Firstly i would advise you raise your ride height to between 5.8-6.2 on both the front and rear.
Being quite a bumpy track raising the ride height helps the car to run smoothly over small bumps, kerbs or dips in the track.
For the springs personaly i would run a stiffer setup than normal,There is a few places where it is easy to bottom out round Maple valley and running stiffer springs helps reduce this as well as preventing suspension damage resulting from bottoming the car.
Remember though that stiffer springs leads to a higher chance of rolling the car should you hit a kerb too hard.

Tune sent,Bojorg has sent me his tune to send to you aswell.
My tune may take some getting used to as ive gone for a more understeery set up for stability although there are some points on the track where the rear still tries to slide.

Right sounds like Corner entry/Mid corner oversteer then.
Heres what i would do in these circumstances:
If the rears breaking loose on the turn in to the corner i would start by adding some rear decel on the differential,Start at around 40 then keep adding 5% until it felt better.
If the rear decel is already quite high i would toe in the rear tyres by 0.1 and then keep going adding 0.1 until i hit around -0.4,Anymore and you start getting too much understeer.
If you trail brake,Which is where you ride the brakes into a corner then shifting the brake balance forward by a few % may help.
They are quite passive options that dont affect the balance of the car elsewhere on the track,They only affect the car on the initial turn in.
Another thing you can try if your losing the car on turn in is stiffen the front spring rates slightly,+10 each time,This stops to much weight being transfered forward under braking and helps prevent the rear going light on corner entry.
Alternatively depending on how soft/stiff the springs are already you could soften off the rear springs.
Soft springs (300-450) Stiffen front
Average springs (451-550) Stiffen fronts slightly,Soften rears slightly
Hard springs (551-700+) Soften rears
Reducing the rear bump stiffness in relation to the front can also help but not as much as the springs.
Also too much front wing can have an effect.
These options affect the balance of the car around the entire track,Youll start to pick up more understeer around mid corner and corner exit.
If its mid corner oversteer your getting then start by bringing up the telemetry and looking at the HEAT section,This tells you what temps each part of the tyre is.
As the corners are predominantly right handers you want to look at the left hand tyres,If the outers are hotter than the inside of the tyre you want to add some negative camber and if the inside is hotter than the outside reduce rear camber.
For each 5 degrees difference add or subtract 0.1 degrees of camber.
You probably wont get the inside and outsides to match perfectly and a difference of 5 degrees isnt too much to worry about.
You could go really indepth with this and watch the temps round a whole lap to see which parts of the tyres heat up the most around the corners and adjust the camber accordingly.
Anti-roll bars have a big impact on the balance of the car in the middle part of the corner.
Softer front ARBs/Stiffer rear ARBs will reduce understeer/increase oversteer
Stiffer rear ARBS/Softer front ARBs will reduce oversteer/increase understeer.
As i like to run soft ARBs (front 1.0-5.0 rears as stiff as possible),I would start by reduceing rear ARBs by 2.0 each time untill the problem went away.
If the ARB balance is fine and you hit a bump in the road which unsettles the rear you could reduce rear re-bound stiffness or depending on the stiffness of the springs you could soften the rear springs.
If the oversteer comes as your getting back hard on the throttle there are a few things you can try.
Firstly as this is 4WD car i would bring the centre differential more toward the front,At default its at 50% front 50% rear.
I would start moving it towards the front by 2% each time depending on how bad the problem is.
You could also decrease the rear accel differential,But on lower powered cars like these it only has a small effect i find.
Softening the rear spring also helps with traction but this is going to affect the balance of the car going into corners.
This is how i would go about tuning if i was encountering the problems your facing,Im sure others may have other ways to do it.
Theres alot ive missed out as tuning can get pretty complex and its hard to cover everything.
Its all about finding a balance with your car and finding what suit you best.
Hope this helps.
