RUF Cup - General Discussion

Hey guys, welcome to the place to chat all things RUF cup.  

Seems everyone is gonna privateer this series. Should we maybe make it all privateer?

Seems that way,,lol. We will leave the floor open for a while but if not enough teams turn out we will do just that sir.

I hope I can actually race....I'm dead locked to my work schedule unfortunately. I usually have to start work on Saturdays at 6pm, which means I have to leave by 20mins to 6. And these races for me start at 5.

By the way guys I built the car as it says on the poster & it comes out as 721 pi assumed the other 4 was from front & back forza aero

Yeah, when I was passed over the details for the poster those were missing  

So yes,,its the Aero that brings it up,,i hit the same thing yesterday doing my build,,lol

you can tell we're rusty lol, missing forza aero front and rear off the poster build. I just didnt see it when I proof read it. I did put it in the infomation thread though.

Do I need to put the whole numberboard on the bonnet/rear of my car or can I just put my number in a box?

Am not sure,,i have the whole numberboard but agree the box with just the numbers might be a better idea

I have just my number in the back, along with the xplr VG that we put in the licence plate holder part thingie

Quick question, I have checked the rules and can't find any info about the races, whether its a standing or rolling start and how the second race grid will be decided.

I know you guys run mostly Limited Damage in your series, just to verify is this one Limited or Cosmetic?

Both Races will be standing starts with the second race being reverse finishing positions of the first.

Redneck I'm pretty sure that it will be Limited damage but don't take my word for it!

Really enjoyed last night at Rd America. Even with the restarts and being full of cold. A very enjoyable night. Had some really good racing. Race 1 with XPR Moontower for 2nd and 3rd and then race 2, managed to get past Moontower and rougewilson for 2nd place by pitting latter than both and coming out in front(happy days). Unfortunately, TG Haydo ran off and dominated with both races at his an my favourite Forza Circuit. Nice one hayden. And thank you to all.

Good to see a new face joining us too, XPR Xtremist. Welcome to XPLR. Hope you enjoyed the race and hope to see you at many more.
