New XPLR Home Page

I'm sure most will have noticed we have added a home page to the site (probably more noticeable by the new buttons i've had to create)

A few people have been asking if a full XPLR site would be made, and this is a first step, this is where I need you guys!!

I could go away and create a full blown website, but without constant content, it isn't really useful for those using the site, so i see the new home page as a way of giving a brief account of what is happening on XPLR.


This new home page will act as the first port of call to visitors, so updating the news section will keep this live and active

so.....

what would everyone like to see on the home page? We can had sidebar widgets (already on, but more can be added)


my first thoughts would be to get some picture/video write ups from races to add to the news section, and therefore the new home page

tomorrow i'll get some images to commemorate the RTT

ideas? thoughts?

also like opinions on the new buttons... did them in 5 minutes last night and starting to think they would look better with black text?

buttons are ok,,like the homepage,,,good work bruv,

I think they should all be multicoloured. All the colours of the rainbow..

At least Greg will feel at home with a familiar colour scheme.

I like the home page but..... not the buttons at the top. they look too 1970's in my opinion.

yeah i'll probably change them later, was a quick fix

black with a silver outline and silver writing would look sweet

buttons changed... better?
