Just seeing if there are any like minded people on here that enjoy F1. Have you been to a race in person if so where? Which drivers and teams you support and mostly are you ready for the new v6 turbos in2014.

Personally I support strongly support Redbull Lotus (hopefully they get their finances situated)and the Saubers. Drivers Vettle, Webber(no longer in f1) Kimi, and Hulkenburg. Never really supported Shumi as he was somewhat before I gained intrest but I still respect what he has done and wish him a quick and full recovery. Never been to a race but religiously watch on tv. I would like to attend all the races but if I had to pick 3 Monaco, Singapore, and a toss up between Spa and Monza.

Love it. I've been to 1 race before. Silverstone 2000. David coultard won. I went to see my favourite driver in his first Home Gp- Jenson Button. Followed and supported him every year through the shit at Honda to the dream year of 2009 in the Brawn Smile So devastated about John Button passing away last week, what a character in the paddock.

Im the same with MSchumacher, not a fan but wouldnt wish that on anybody an hope he comes out of the coma. Don't look likely if im honest. Sad

Not sure about new engines yet, they sound wierd.

Yeah ive seen Mr button on tv in jensons garage but never realised how influential he was till he passed. Yeah the turbos sound wierd bud I think itll be ok when there is 22 of them screaming down the track. And im sure theyll sound different once a load is applied to the engine. Not really agreeing with the double points for Abu Dhabi though. If it doesnt change I hope Kimi or vettle wrap up the wdc by then, preferably Vettle.

I'm a fan of motorsport, not "multi-million pound mobile advertising processions". I'll look at results and watch a clip of any controversial moment or Kimi's radio comments, but I can't be bothered watching the whole race.

Don't get me wrong F1 definitely has its political side that is unattractive and takes away from the sport but only a few other series are as impressive performance wise as formula 1.

To be honest, I've got more pleasure from watching the 24hr 2CV race or VDub Fun Cup than watching an F1 race.

Marmite must be a British thing because I've never heard of it lol. I know its not the best racing just interesting to watch the technical side for me anyways. I'd like to see a car in a wind tunnel and play with it a little.

Good to see Kobayashi is back, unfortunately its with Caterham. Hopefully he can score some points for them and get a better seat next year and make it worth him loosing Ferrari contract.

Here's a link to pictures of the new McLaren and Lotus. Two interesting approaches to the new nose regulations. Out of these two I prefer the Mclaren.

That Mclaren is beautiful. I have a double bet on Jenson scoring more points than Hamilton(with xNightmare84). I lost last year. I think it'll be different this year Smile

Here's the link to the new Ferrari, named the F14T. Funny enough Fiat are a main sponsor. I still llike the McLaren best out of the cars released so far. Hopefully no one else goes the same path Ferrari took with their nose.

I think Hamilton will have more points between Button and have himself, but neither one will win. Hamilton will have an advantage this year driving for the works Mercedes team with the new engines and McLaren are a customer team to Mercedes engines. Mercedes has an advantage not only in them building and the engine and knowing it(engine) but also building the car around the engine optimizing cooling aero for radiators and intercoolers

Link to the pre-release pictures more to come after official unveiling. From what I can see it looks badass cant really see the nose yet.
