TEAM RULES

Teams must declare a driver for each livery and that driver must stay in that livery.
Teams of more than 2 cars will need to declare their scoring team members before each race.  The two highest scoring drivers of a 3 car team will score the points for that race.


QUALIFICATION RULES

For this series there will be one qualifying session before the race at 7:00pm 8:00 GMT sharp.

Please be on 15 minutes in advance showing online and ready.  You will receive an invite for your qualification lobby. Once in the lobby, 20 laps will be on the screen. Pick your car. If you cannot choose your car, you have the wrong build spec. Lap 1 is your out lap, HOT LAPS will end at the 10:00 minute mark. You may finish any lap started before the 10:00 minute mark. Stop at the first corner after your last flying lap so the lobby host can take down your time. These will then be put with the other times and you'll then receive your RACE invite shortly afterwards. Collisions will be set to off. Laps must be verified. All un-verified laps will have 15 seconds added to their total time.


RACE RULES

Each meeting will consist of three approximately 20 min races all with standing starts. This is currently under review.
Some tracks with very long front straights will have the race start further down the track to reduce the car gaps at turn one.

Race 1 grid order will be taken from the qualification times. The quickest being at the front. Race 2 will be started from race 1 finishing positions. Race 3 will have a random number drawn that will decide the reverse grid location. Example:  Lobby A has 14 cars and the number 9 is drawn.  The 9th place finisher will move to pole, 8th to 2nd, 7th to 3rd and so on until position 10 where the grid will then continue in the same finishing order as race 3 ended.
 

Damage will be set to LIMITED. All assists can be used excluding auto brake.

Each meeting will require one race to be run on the soft tire. (Drag tire).  You can and are encouraged to tune the car for these tires as well as your standard race tire tune. It is each drivers choice as to in which race he will chose to run the soft tire.  You will make your decision when signing in to each race through an XPLR PM or XBox live PM to JVanEssen.  All sign ins must be completed within 12 hours of qualifying start time.  Once your decision is posted it cannot be changed.  The morning of the race a live timing sheet will be posted with your qualifying lobby and your choice of which race you will be running the soft tire.

You will be required to have both tunes saved and ready to use at every race meeting. 

 When tuned properly the drag tire will start very well but taper off averaging around 8 tenths to a 1.2 seconds a lap slower by the end of the race.
Make your choice wisely.


POINTS

Each race will be scored at 60 points for the winner of each race in this order:

1st (60) 2nd (57) 3rd (54) 4th (51) 5th (48) 6th (45) 7th (42) 8th (39) 9th (36) 10th (33)   11th (31) 12th (29) 13th (27) 14th (25) 15th (23) 16th (21) 17th (19) 18th (17) 19th (15) 20th (13) 21st (12) 22nd (11) 23rd (10) 24th (9) 25th (8 26th (7) 27th (6) 28th (5) 29th (4) 30th (3) 31st (2)

1  bonus point will be awarded to the overall pole sitter.
1 bonus point will be awarded to each lobby race winner.
1  bonus point will be awarded to each driver for leading a lap in each round. Leading a lap is constituted by crossing the start/finish line in the first position If you get into first but are re-passed before the start/finish line that is not a lead lap. Reverse of that is you could pass on the last corner cross the line in first then be re-passed in turn one and this would count as a lead lap.
You only receive the bonus once per race.  So leading one lap or 12 still only gets 1 bonus point.

There will be two dropped rounds for this series.

Guys please note some small and one large change for this series. After multiple requests Series start time will be 8:00pm GMT not 7:00
